The Heating Value Measurement System is a gas chromatographic solution for analysis of the composition of natural gas and its mixtures with hydrogen up to 100%, according to the UNI EN 6976: 2016 standard.
The system is made of three parts: the micro-gas chromatograph, the Remote Control Box (RCB) and the automatic streams selection valve.
The Micro GC Fusion microgascromatographic solution allows obtaining an accurate and highly repeatable analysis, better than other technologies used for this application.
Modular gas chromatograph for the analysis of the quality of biomethane and natural gas, hydrogen, odorants (THT – TBM)
Acquisition of chromatograms, calculation of energy values, alarm management, monitoring. Analog and logic input / output status, data protection, PLC communication and supervision, remote and wireless server.
Parameters calculated according to the UNI EN ISO 6976:2016, that include alarm threshold and medium values in compliance with UNI TR 11537:2019 – Upper heating value (pcs), Lower heating value (PCI), Wobbe Index (WI), Relative density (d), Compressibility factor (Z).
